Starting out

What is the free 15-minute call?
Fifteen minutes, used one of two ways: an opportunity scan of one recurring workflow, or an open conversation about the assessment and how we work. You tell us which when you book. If we scan a workflow, you get a straight answer: worth a closer look, not worth changing, or what we would need to find out first. When it deserves more thought than the time allows, we follow up with a short written note rather than guess live.
Do we need to be technical or already using AI?
No. Some firms already use Claude or other tools; plenty start from zero. Discovery works from recent real examples of your work, not from your familiarity with AI.

The decision

Why is the assessment paid?
A free audit is usually designed to sell the next engagement. You are paying us for an independent decision, including recommendations you should handle internally and work that is not worth doing. If you book an implementation sprint within 30 days, the full assessment fee credits toward it.
Do you just recommend a list of AI tools?
No. We test simpler answers first: remove the step, redesign the process, or use a feature your CRM or property-management system already has. Buying or building something is only recommended when it is the best fit, and every recommendation weighs process-only, off-the-shelf, custom, and do-nothing options.
What if the answer is that we should not change anything?
We document that conclusion and the evidence behind it. Avoiding an unnecessary project can be as valuable as identifying a good one, and a clear no-change finding satisfies the guarantee.
How is this different from hiring an AI consultant?
The engagement is fixed in scope, price, and timeline. We also build and operate production AI software ourselves, including Permit Hound, a commercial permit-intelligence product whose customers work with it directly inside Claude. The recommendations come from running systems like that, not from tool research.

Scope, access, and control

How broad is the assessment?
We look across how your team works and where recurring time goes: research, CRM, marketing production, reporting, coordination. The report then focuses on the strongest opportunities we can support with evidence.
How much time does it take from our team?
Your team joins two calls: a 45 to 60 minute discovery conversation and a similar review of our findings. Between them, we may email a few short follow-up questions as we prepare the report.
Do you need access to our systems or documents?
No production access. Discovery runs on recent real examples: a set of broker notes, last week’s market survey, a tenant request thread, an owner report. We agree up front on what is useful, what not to share, and how anything shared is handled. Leases and tenant information are only used as agreed, and only what the work being assessed requires.
Where do people stay in control?
External communications, published property facts, legal and financial conclusions, consequential decisions, and writes to your systems stay with your people. Workflows we recommend flag missing information instead of inventing it, and put a person at every approval point that matters.
Will this disrupt the team or replace people?
The goal is to recover broker, manager, and coordinator time from repetitive administrative work. Work that requires CRE judgment deliberately stays with the people qualified to do it.

Price and next steps

What does the assessment cost?
The assessment is $999, paid on booking. That covers discovery, analysis, the complete deliverable, and the live decision review.
What if I need to reschedule or cancel?
You may reschedule the discovery session at no additional charge. The assessment fee is non-refundable, and canceling a calendar appointment does not cancel or refund the assessment. If we cannot deliver the assessment, we refund the fee.
What happens after the assessment?
The report is yours. Implement it internally, hand it to a vendor you already work with, or decide to change nothing. If a recommendation is worth building with us, we scope a fixed Quick-Win Implementation Sprint at the decision review, and the full $999 fee credits toward a sprint booked within 30 days.
What does the guarantee cover?
The assessment must identify at least three feasible, evidence-backed opportunities, or document clearly that no change is justified. If it does neither, we revise it once at no cost. If it still misses that standard, we refund the fee. The guarantee covers the deliverable, not business outcomes.
