Is this only for real estate businesses?
No. This community batch is open to business owners, independent professionals, and teams across industries. We look at recurring work: research, reporting, follow-up, administration, and coordination. You do not need to be technical or already use AI.
Do later buyers get a different audit?
No. Every price includes the same discovery call, report, and review call. Earlier buyers get a lower community price. The next price opens when the current allocation sells out.
When will I have the report?
Within 3 business days of your completed discovery call. The whole engagement can finish within two weeks of discovery. Book your discovery call online. At the end of that call, you and Bryan will arrange the report review. Choosing later dates extends the overall timeline.
What do I need to prepare?
Bring a few recent examples of work that repeats or takes too long. There is no presentation to prepare and no production-system access required. We agree what is useful to share and avoid unnecessary sensitive information.
Will you build the recommendations?
Implementation is separate. The report stands on its own. If you choose an implementation sprint with us within 30 days of the review, the audit fee you actually paid is credited toward that sprint.
What if the audit does not find anything worth changing?
A clear, evidence-backed finding that no change is justified is a useful result. If the assessment provides neither at least three feasible opportunities nor that finding, we revise it once at no cost. If it still falls short, we refund your fee.
Can I reschedule?
Yes, at no additional charge. Canceling a calendar appointment does not cancel or refund the audit. The fee is otherwise non-refundable except under the deliverable guarantee or if we cannot deliver.
